The Otto Community Building is available for rental

Our 3,000 square foot building is available for rental to area residents at a reasonable price to host your family, civic, or religious activities. The center features a full kitchen and has restroom facilities.

Rental fees are:
$150.00 per day - Friday thru Sunday, and Holidays
$50 per day - Monday thru Thursday - unless multi-day, then $150 per day fee applies
$150.00 Cleaning/damage deposit
The cleaning/damage deposit will be mailed after the building is checked and found to be clean and free from damage and there have no other violations of the contract.
